Do you support Oxide/uMod plugins?
Yes. Oxide/uMod runs on all Rust plans. Drop plugin .cs files into oxide/plugins through the control panel's file manager and they load on the next restart.
Can I set up automatic wipes?
Restarts can be scheduled from the control panel's Schedules tab. For a map or blueprint wipe, delete the relevant save files through the file manager before a restart — or email support@hostsimple.io and we'll set a recurring wipe up for you.
Do you support custom maps?
Yes. Upload custom maps through the file manager and configure your server to use them. Procedural maps with custom sizes are also supported.
What about RCON access?
Full RCON access is included with every Rust plan. Use any RCON client to manage your server remotely.
How many players can I support?
Our Gold plan (9GB) comfortably handles 1-15 players with a recommended map size of 2000. The Platinum plan (10GB) supports 15-30 players with a map size of 3000, depending on plugin count.
